Introduction

  • Application equipment: 4 sets of RTSM-50AD and 4 sets of RTSM-30BJ
  • Grinding process: RTSM-50AD and RTSM-30BJ in series grinding

  • Feeding size: D90<60μm
  • Finish size: D90<2μm

This project is the second purchase of our customer in Shandong province. The customer used to purchase 8 sets of Root SC production bead mill RTSM-50AD and has got good grinding efficiency. After their new factory is completed in 2018, the customer continue to seek for more enhanced production capacity and fineness. Based on the first-time good cooperation, the customer purchased another 4 sets of micron grade bead mill RTSM-50AD and 4 sets of nano grade bead mill RTSM-30BJ as secondary grinidng to form four independent production process, applied for the production of fungicide and herbicide.

Meantime, based on the property of customer material, Root has done some modification on the bead mills to make them more suitable with the material and the modification has helped customer to resolve the potential problem of lumpy, color changing, and over-heat.

Overview of the production site

The production has used 4 sets of RTSM-50AD and 4 sets of RTSM-30BJ, each RTSM-50AD and 30BJ in series grinding. Totally four grinding lines.

Main Equipment

RTSM-BJ series bead mill is optimized new type nano grade grinding bead mill.Suitable for micron and nano grade grinding of low/middle viscous and smooth fluid material. Widely applied in sections of pigment, pesticide, fertilizer, printing ink etc. It has independent mechanical seal system, free from the influence of equipment vibration or main shaft torque changing. Outer flow type mechanical seal , avoiding the potential pollution to the material. Driving system adopts Root special adjustment mode, easy for inspection and maintenance. Fast connection pipes, easy for dismantle and assembly. With input filter, to avoid the pump stuck due to impurity in material. Multiple cooling method in outer chamber cooling coil, high heat transmission material pulley, mechanical seal cooling, bearing cooling to better control the material temperature. With special cooling condensor, to add ensurance for temperature control.Pin stick type grinding rotor with high grinding efficiency and high energy.
