Introduction
- Application equipment: 3 sets of RTSM-30AJ horizontal bead mill and 2000L high dispersing and low anchor type vessel
- Grinding process: Each bead mill and one set of 2000L dispersing & mixing vessel in recycling grinding
- Material: Organic pigment (yellow, red, blue, black)
- Feeding size: D90<40μm
- Finish size: D90<1μm
Turkey pigment production line is the joint cooperation project of Turkey pigment company and Uzbekistan goverment. The project place is in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. And the customers has the following requirements for the production:
- Fulfil of the production capacity
- Fulfil of fineness
- Able to do different colors
- Easy Maintenance
- Easy and fast clean
Based on the above requirements, Root engineer team has designed three parallel line with same configuration in one platform. The three production line will produce separately dark, medium and light color pigment. And, we have selected RTSM-30AJP PU rotor disc type horizontal bead mill which meet the requirements of production capacity and the fineness. After the equipment arrives in Tashkent, Root has sent after-sale service engineer to the working site for the installation, debugging, and training. The whole process has won great compliment from the customer.
